Rough Sawn Houston Side Chair

The Rough Sawn Houston Side Chair lets solid wood show off a little. Its substantial frame, broad vertical back slats, and exposed pin details give it a strong, straightforward presence, while the rough-sawn surface makes the natural character of the wood part of the design.
Crafted from solid Rough Sawn Wormy Maple, each Houston Side Chair has its own combination of saw marks, knots, grain variations, and natural markings. Rather than trying to make every chair look exactly the same, those differences are celebrated. They’re part of what makes furniture built from real wood interesting in the first place.
The Rough Sawn Houston Side Chair measures 20″W x 22.75″D x 42.25″H overall. Its generous seating area measures 20″W x 18.5″D with an 18.5″ seat height, while the tall back extends 25.25″ above the seat.
The Houston design is also available as an arm chair, stationary bar stool, or swivel bar stool, making it possible to carry the same distinctive character from the dining table to the kitchen island or bar.
Handcrafted for everyday life, the Rough Sawn Houston Side Chair isn’t furniture that needs to be treated delicately. It’s made to be pulled up to the table, lived with, and enjoyed as the years add a little more history of their own.
