Hawthorn Bar chair

The Hawthorn Bar Chair takes a softer approach to solid wood seating. Its sculpted back, gently curved frame, and upholstered seat create a comfortable place to settle in, while the open design keeps it feeling light around a kitchen island or bar-height table.
Handcrafted from solid wood by skilled Mennonite furniture builders, the Hawthorn combines thoughtful shaping with the durability needed for everyday life. Morning coffee, a quick lunch at the island, or company keeping you entertained while dinner is being made, this is seating designed for the places where people naturally gather.
The stationary Hawthorn Bar Chair shown is crafted in Oak with a seat upholstered in Forest leather. The seat measures 18.5″W x 17.75″D, with the curved back extending 14.5″ above the seat. The Hawthorn is also available as a swivel bar stool with the same seat dimensions and back height.
A coordinating Hawthorn Side Chair is available for the dining table, measuring 18.5″W x 21″D x 31.25″H overall. Its seating area measures 18.5″W x 17.75″D with a 17.5″ seat height and a 14.5″ back above the seat.
Choose from Oak, Maple, Cherry, Hickory, Walnut, or Wormy Maple and select the stain colour that works with your home. Upholstery choices are available through Heartland Fabrics, including solid fabrics, faux leathers, premium fabrics, leather, and Customer’s Own Material.
Whether you’re furnishing the dining table, kitchen island, or both, the Hawthorn makes it easy to carry the same comfortable, contemporary design throughout the spaces where family and friends tend to gather.
